• INSPEC QT BIOCIDE SOLUTION

  InSpec™ QT is a twin chain quaternary ammonium compound with cleaning and disinfecting properties. These products are supplied sterile, double bagged, gamma-irradiated and provided with certificates of analysis, irradiation, sterility, and endotoxin level as appropriate.

  Manufactured in an ISO 6 Cleanroom, filled under an ISO 5 localized air shower in the ISO 6 background. Batch certified covering areas such as analysis, sterility, endotoxin and irradiation dose. Manufactured to GMP under an ISO 9001 quality system.

  The INSPEC Biocide solution is a carefully formulated disinfectant, ideal for use in controlled environments where stringent contamination control is necessary. It comes in multiple layers of protective bags, facilitating safe transfer into cleanrooms and reducing the risk of contamination during handling. Designed for rotational cleaning programs, this biocide ensures effective disinfection through varied antimicrobial actions, helping to prevent microbial resistance.

  The solution’s 1-litre trigger spray format includes a feature to protect the contents from “suck-back,” preventing external contaminants from entering the bottle. Designed to prevent contamination of the product with micro-organisms from the manufacturing environment. The trigger spray bottle has a validated in-use shelf life. InSpec™ QT is designed to be used in a rotational program.

•  Inspec™ QT is an Aldehyde-free disinfectant cleaner, using Quaternary Ammonium Compounds, which is designed for spraying, mopping and wiping applications. The active ingredient is 4% concentration RTU (Ready to Use). Application of this solution, when used as directed, will not affect materials normally encountered in a cleanroom.
• This biocide is both bactericidal and fungicidal, and non-oxidising, and cleans in the presence of dirt, blood and proteins. Supplied in multiple bags to enable cleanroom transfer, it is ideal for rotational cleaning. Works well as a rotational partner for Inspec™ AN, HA and OX products.

  InSpec™ QT is manufactured in accordance with GMP in an ISO 6 cleanroom. The product is filled and capped in an ISO class 5 environment. The solution is filtered through a 0.2 micron filter and gamma irradiated via a validated process (at 25-45kGy) providing a sterility assurance level SAL of 10-6.

  All products are supplied with Certificates of Conformity, Analysis, Irradiation Sterility and Endotoxin. All formats of QT have a stabilised 24 month shelf life.
