0.2 µm (micron) 필터링된 USP-grade 70% IPA / 30% DIW 의 프리웻(pre-wetted) 와이퍼로, 클리닝 효율에 지속적이며,최적화된 제품입니다.

사용이 용이하도록 포장설계 되어있으며, 다시 여닫을 수 있는 슬라이드 백을 통하여 약품의 증발을 방지하여 와이퍼의 축축함을 유지할 수 있도록 구현되어 있습니다.

TX3049P 는 감마멸균 및 AAMI가이드라인에 적합하도록  10⁻⁶의 멸균보증등급(Sterility Assurance Level)에 적합하도록 멸균 인증되었습니다.

  • 미끄러움,끈적임,잔여물과 멸균제등을 닦아내는데 적용
  • 이소프로필 알콜,에탄올,아세톤,탈지제등과 같은 약품과 함께 사용 가능
  • 라이닝 트레이(Lining tray)에 장비나 구성품을  유지,보관하는데 사용
  • 400°F (205°C)이하의 온도에 사용 적합

High Performance for Demanding Applications

TX3049P is a 100% polyester knit, pre-wetted, sterile cleanroom wiper.

The wipers are pre-wetted with 0.2 µm (micron) filtered USP-grade 70% IPA / 30% DIW and provide consistent, optimized cleaning efficiency with repeatable wetness and VOC levels. Pre-wetted wipes are packaged in easy-to-use, recloseable slider bags reducing solution evaporation that preserves the consistent wiper wetness level.

TX3049P is gamma irradiated and sterile validated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10⁻⁶ according to AAMI Guidelines.

Applications

  • Wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts.

  • Lining trays for holding, protecting, drying and storing of parts, equipment and devices.
  • Appropriate for use with temperatures less than 400°F (205°C).
